TELEPERFORMANCE PHILIPPINES Software Quality Assurance Engineer 

• Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handling and monitor the HEALTHCARE system. 

  • Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. 

  • Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability. 

  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

  • Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards. 

  • Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates. 

  • Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. 

  • Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.

• Technical Tools used:

  • AZURE for ticketing BUG reports, for Automation, Apache, Selenium. For Manual Testing. MySQL, Regression testing, Stress Testing, Smoke Testing. Test plans and Test Cases.

 

ALLIANCE SOFTWARE INC (UNILAB CORP, PHILIPPINES) SYSTEM ANALYST 

• Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required, Designing new computer systems and frameworks, Troubleshooting technical issues and Risk mitigation planning 

  • Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent o Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization 

  • Analyze and evaluate the existing applications, determine changes/enhancements to speed up the processing of data and reports, improving its efficiency. Review generated statistical information and make recommendations. 

  • In-charge for system design of new modules (i.e. Accessories and Supplies Inventory and Spare Parts Inventory and other new programs) 

  • Establish and maintain standards and policies for system analysis, design, development, maintenance and system documentations. 

  • Executes valid request and modifications demanded by users whether internally or through suppliers and contractors. 

• Technical Tools used: JIRA, TFS CRM, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, API POSTMAN, MYSQL, ZOOM, SYSTEM REMOTE APP

• Key Responsibilities: 

  • Stored, retrieved, and manipulated data 

  • Modified existing software to correct errors 

  • Prepared detailed reports 

  • Delegates activities and work schedules to POS Field Engineers 

  • Monitors the activities of POS Field Engineers;

  • Serves as a resource to team members: 

  • Provide them with guidance 

  • Being available to answer questions to clarify the work activities 

  • Provides orientation to newly hired POS Field Engineers. 

  • Assists in cases of necessary disciplinary action.

• Key Responsibilities: 

  • Direct software design 

  • Evaluate interface between hardware and software 

  • Advice customers regarding maintenance of software system 

  • Troubleshooting and solving of Software related problems 

  • Technical support to the clients 

  • Assistance in performing demonstrations to prospective clients 

  • Installation and setup system
