Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat. 

• Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the volume of contacts at interval level, as well as the proper use of activity codes, variations in AHT, and any other real time events that contribute or affect negatively in the execution of planned productivity hours to meet SLAs. 

• Create report templates to be used by Operations department 

• Manage Agents skills and priority level real time. 

• Supervise Real time analyst apprentice training. 

• Gather data and create presentation for Business Review.

• Perform basic troubleshooting over the phone. 

• Process warranty claims if needed.
